“I loved getting to know you a little bit as the wonderful person you are, and getting to appreciate you--so much!-- as an actor and educator, Lucy. Wow - what a class. I'm so grateful to you for introducing us to the work and giving us all a sense of it ourselves, in our own bodies. It is paying massive dividends.”

“I believe artistic expression and experimentation is key for confidence building. When we learn creatively in a safe and fun space, we learn the importance of togetherness, empathy, compassion and presence. Especially in this digital age I believe it is more important than ever before.”

Use your Body, Mind and Voice more effectively
Body
Actors are masters of body language, body awareness, posture and movement. Through exercises like mirroring or improvisation, employees can become more empathetic, learning to read and respond to body language from others.
Mind
The actor’s mind is trained to tap into creativity, emotional intelligence, and focus. We can help you make decisions quickly, maintain mental clarity under pressure and take risks without overthinking.
Voice
The voice is an essential tool for actors, who use vocal techniques to convey emotion, clarity, and meaning. By teaching voice techniques, an actor can help employees project confidence, speak more clearly, and use their voice effectively to persuade and connect with others.
“Thank you so much for your energy and passion as you led my class in exercises today. Know that the time my students spent being uncomfortable and moving outside of themselves will absolutely enhance their speeches. You respected each one of them and I also believe the vulnerability you graciously invited them into eroded some of their self consciousness”
